The “Cool Chocolate” contest is being offered in association with the 4th annual Bucks County Chocolate Show on April 30, 2011 at the Eagle Fire Hall in New Hope, PA. Chocolatiers, Pastry Chefs, Culinary students, Chefs and Apprentices all are welcome to enter. Share your passion for varietal chocolate, fresh ingredients, organic, vegan and infused flavors. Entries will be judged based on appearance, flavor, use of unique ingredients that may include yet aren’t exclusive of local ingredients, spices and herbs.
